Abdullah Al Aufi holds an LLB in Law from Sultan Qaboos University and is licensed to appear before the Primary Courts in Oman. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and a member of the Oman Lawyers Association.

Abdullah’s practice covers commercial litigation, construction and real estate disputes, labour law, and international arbitration. He has represented corporate and individual clients before the Omani courts and in arbitral proceedings conducted under ICC and UNCITRAL rules, and has been involved in over twenty arbitration matters relating to development and infrastructure projects.

He has served as Secretary to Arbitral Tribunals in two high-value international arbitrations, each exceeding USD 52 million, managing procedural timelines, coordinating submissions, and supporting tribunal processes in accordance with international arbitration standards.

Alongside his contentious practice, Abdullah advises on the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements and supports clients on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.
