Ahmed Al Hinai holds an LLB from Sultan Qaboos University and is licensed to appear before the Court of Appeal. He has over eleven years of experience in litigation and court management in the Sultanate of Oman.

Ahmed’s practice covers labour, civil, commercial and insurance matters. He manages the firm’s day-to-day court and ministry interactions and has broad experience across the procedural aspects of litigation in Oman. He is a core member of K&Co.’s litigation team.
