  • Construction company — unlawful termination (2021–2022, OMR 25 million) K&Co. advised and represented a major construction company in a dispute arising from the unlawful termination of a construction contract. The firm initiated settlement and arbitration proceedings, activated a Dispute Adjudication Board and managed the appointment of an adjudicator, and ultimately resolved the matter through settlement between the parties.
  • Enforcement of foreign arbitral award (2019, value confidential) K&Co. advised a client on the enforcement of a foreign arbitral award issued under DIFC rules in the Sultanate of Oman, guiding the client through the relevant enforcement procedures in accordance with Omani law and practice.
