    K&Co. is advising a high net worth individual on the establishment of a technology-focused investment fund and is conducting negotiations on the client’s behalf.
  • Titanium project — shareholding agreement and transfer documents (May–August 2021, USD 111.4 million)
    K&Co. advised on the share transfer process for a subsidiary operating in the mining sector, facilitating a tie-up with an international counterparty and drafting the shareholders’ agreement and all related transfer documents.
