Hamed holds an LLB in Law from Sultan Qaboos University, College of Law, and is licensed to appear before the Primary Courts in Oman. He is an Associate at Al Khalili, Al Ghailani & Co. LLP and is part of the firm’s corporate and litigation practice.

His work includes advising on litigation and dispute resolution matters, as well as supporting corporate and regulatory matters across a range of sectors. He has been involved in disputes for local and international clients before the Omani courts and has assisted on matters involving commercial, regulatory, and contractual issues.

Hamed has also worked on matters relating to governmental and public sector projects, including legal research, regulatory analysis, and reviewing legislative and regulatory frameworks in coordination with relevant authorities and entities.

Alongside contentious matters, he supports clients on advisory work and legal analysis as part of the firm’s broader corporate and dispute resolution practice.
