Hamood Al Sinaidi holds an LLB from the University of Jordan and an LLM in Private Law from the University of Sharjah, Sultanate of Oman. He is licensed to appear before the Primary Courts in Oman.

Hamood joined K&Co. in 2020 and his practice covers commercial litigation, real estate, labour law, and contract drafting. He has represented clients before courts across Oman and has been involved in over 2,400 matters since joining the firm. He has also published a legal work on compensation for work-related injuries under Omani legislation (2026) and contributed to the drafting of a procedural system submitted to the Supreme Judicial Council for organising court sessions and case management (2024).

Beyond his legal practice, Hamood has spoken at academic events on legal research methodology, including as a guest speaker at the University of Sharjah. He also holds a certificate from the Dubai Future Foundation’s One Million Prompters initiative, reflecting an interest in the application of emerging technology to legal practice.
