Maadh Al Ghailani holds an LLB in Law from the University of Sharjah and is licensed to appear before the Primary Courts and the Court of Appeal. He is a co-founder of K&Co. and heads the firm’s litigation team.

Maadh began his legal career at one of the largest law firms in the Sultanate, where he worked across multiple departments over a period of ten years before co-founding K&Co. His practice covers commercial, criminal and labour disputes, and he has acted in a number of high-value multi-million rial commercial claims before the Omani courts.

He has particular experience in criminal litigation involving public fund cases and has developed a reputation for precise legal advocacy in complex and contested matters. Beyond his practice, Maadh has been active in the broader legal community, organising seminars and educational events in collaboration with the Omani Lawyers Association, of which he serves as a member of the Board of Directors.
