Mohammed Al Khalili holds an LLB in Commercial Law from Sultan Qaboos University, where he graduated at the top of his year, and an LLM in International Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London. He is licensed to appear before the Primary Courts and the Court of Appeal.

Mohammed leads K&Co.’s corporate and finance practice. He advises clients across the public, private and international sectors on corporate transactions, banking and finance matters, and special projects, including Islamic finance structures. Before co-founding K&Co., he began his career in the Special Projects department of one of Oman’s largest law firms.

His practice involves regular engagement with a range of Omani regulatory bodies, including the Capital Market Authority, Muscat Stock Exchange, the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, Muscat Clearing and Depository, and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.

In addition to his legal practice, Mohammed lectures in Commercial Law at Sultan Qaboos University’s College of Law and contributes to training and development programmes in the field.
