Nasser Al Riyami holds an LLB in Commercial Law from Sultan Qaboos University and an LLM in Corporate and Financial Law with a focus on Corporate Governance from Kingston University London, awarded with merit. He is licensed to appear before the Primary Courts and the Court of Appeal.

Nasser leads K&Co.’s corporate practice and heads the firm’s business development function. His work centres on corporate transactions, including company formations, share transfers, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and governing agreements for complex commercial arrangements. He has advised on matters involving financial fraud and embezzlement and regularly provides legal opinions to high net worth clients and institutions operating in the Sultanate.

His transactional experience includes the establishment of a five-star hotel in Oman, major logistics sector engagements, and a number of multi-million dollar cross-border agreements. Nasser regularly speaks at business law forums and lectures on various areas of law.
