Rufaida Al Zadjali holds an LLB from the University of Sheffield, a Financial Analysis Evaluation for Lawyers certificate from Harvard Law School in collaboration with Harvard Business School, and a GRC Advanced Certificate from the International Compliance Association. She is licensed to appear before the Primary Courts in Oman.

Rufaida’s practice covers labour and employment law, real estate, corporate matters, and project-related work, with experience on cross-border and multinational transactions. She advises both local and international clients and contributes across K&Co.’s corporate and litigation teams.

In addition to her legal practice, Rufaida serves as Training Supervisor for the firm’s graduate training programme.
