Through K&Co’s international partners, K&Co drafted and reviewed an a very specific, technical and detailed Offtake Agreement for a leading market player in the mining field in Oman

Negotiation and Drafting of Documents for the establishment of an Investment Fund

Value: Approximately 100 million USD

We are currently advising a high net individual and negotiating on their behalf for the establishment of a technology inclined investment fund which approaches to compliment the technology sector in the Sultanate.

Draft Shareholding Agreement and transfer documents for a Titanium Project in Oman

Value: USD 111.4 million

K&Co advised our client on the share transfer process to tie up with an international major player in the field of mining for one of its subsidiaries, and drafted all transfer documents and the Shareholders Agreement for the shareholders.
