Through our alliance with our international professional partners, we advised on the legal implications on Omani entities/subsidiaries to a major global tech company and the subsequent restructuring in the worldwide acquisition. Various trips to high-level officials at authorities were made to facilitate the subsequent transaction.

Negotiation and Drafting of Documents for the acquisition of Technology company specialising in Nanotechnology by secondary technology company

We advised and negotiated on their behalf for the acquisition of the world leading nano-diamond producer and patent owner. The transaction involves complex technical proficiency and the rolling finance entering into the purchasing company by a pool of various investors. Memorandum of understandings, term sheets and SPAs have been negotiated and reviewed and a governing shareholders’ agreement between the shareholders of the purchaser.
