Negotiation and Drafting of Documents for the acquisition of Technology company specialising in Nanotechnology by secondary technology company

Value: Approximately 17.5 million
We advised and negotiated on their behalf for the acquisition of the world leading nano-diamond producer and patent owner. The transaction involves complex technical proficiency and the rolling finance entering into the purchasing company by a pool of various investors. Memorandum of understandings, term sheets and SPAs have been negotiated and reviewed and a governing shareholders’ agreement between the shareholders of the purchaser.
